Keto Friendly. Locally sourced ground pork combined with ginger, shredded zucchini, almond flour and spices, then baked and served with a ginger and garlic sauce for dipping.


Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Cremini mushrooms stuffed with a blend of celery, onion, crab meat and almond flour, then baked. Leave out the crab and make them vegetarian and Keto friendly.

Orecchiette Pasta shells tossed with olive oil, blanched broccoli, cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs, and finely chopped dried red chilies (seeds removed). The chef recommends this salad be served warm, topped with fresh grated Pecorino or Parmesan cheese.

Fresh prepared red potatoes with hard-boiled egg, onion, celery, sweet pickle relish, spices, and light mayonnaise.

Almond Butter Chicken Sauté
